Healthy Utah Community: A New Designation Program

Get Healthy Utah and the Utah League of Cities and Towns is introducing Healthy Utah Community, a new designation program highlighting the work being done to improve the lives of Utah residents. This program aims to recognize cities/towns that are working collaboratively to address access to healthy food, acute living, and mental health.

Four inaugural cities/towns were recognized as being a Healthy Utah Community, Logan, Spanish Fork, Vernal, and West Valley City

The designation requires an application and the award will be given bi-annually at the Utah League of Cities and Town Midyear Conference and Annual Convention. Do you know a city/town that has been improving the health of its residents?
