A Snapshot of the Bike Utah Mobile Active Transportation Tour in Madison, WI

Bike Utah board members had the exciting opportunity to participate in a Mobile Active Transportation Tour in Madison, Wisconsin this week. What a great opportunity to meet up with local partners (including Wasatch Front Regional Council, Utah Department of Transportation, and many cities throughout the state) to tour great bike facilities in Madison, a League of American Bicyclist Platinum rated bike city.

We also had the opportunity to meet with Madison Bikes and swap bike advocacy ideas. We also managed to tear ourselves away from the famous Wisconsin cheese long enough to test out their fully electric B cycles bike share program!

Here are a few photos from the trip. The goal of Bike Utah Mobile Active Transportation Tours are to inspire creative ideas and solutions for active transportation planning and implementation here in Utah.
